This key role is responsible for managing a group of 10-15 full time employees who provide operational one stop shop service to Elavons Key Customers. The Manager of SAS (Strategic Account Services) Travel & Entertainment clients will be required to: Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the service teams to maintain and enhance our customer relationships to meet organizational and operational objectives Drive the team to maintain and enhance the service capabilities in line with the needs of our enterprise clients while assisting Relationship Managers and Business Development in managing the relationships to the highest potential for both the Client and Elavon **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** Develop North America-wide action plans and organization structure Ensure weekly performance against targets is monitored thus ensuring management control of procedures and service standards Work closely to build and maintain positive working relationship with clients, ensuring contact with the highest possible level; so as to establish client understanding and satisfaction with current operation Support tender proposals ensuring support from Operations Provide direct and indirect leadership and motivation for all staff to improve job performance, satisfaction and development of employees Responsible for recruitment and selection in liaison with HR recruitment Ensure professional knowledge, skills, initiative, innovation and personal image are sufficiently developed to fulfill the requirement of the position **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of operations-related experience - Five or more years of supervisory/management experience **Preferred Skills/Experience** Experience in the cards payment industry, with knowledge of the end-to-end transaction process Ability for strategic thought leadership Excellent client relationship and leadership skills strong communicator with the ability to motivate a team Ability to handle stressful situations in a deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think critically and creatively Attention to detail, with the ability to work independently Dependable team player who thoroughly understands our client support model proactive and results driven Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite/Salesforce.com **Job:** Operations **Primary Location:** Georgia-GA-Atlanta **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190036444 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
