The Human Resources group is a multi-disciplined team that ensures Perspecta is positioned for long-term success by focusing on the company's most important asset its people. Areas of responsibility include benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, analytics, learning and development, and management. Services are delivered and supported through a partnership with each business group.

Responsibilities

Perspecta is hiring a Human Resources EEO/AA Compliance Senior Manager who will be responsible for planning and coordinating corporate-wide programs to ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding the promise of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA) for employees and applicants.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs)
Designing and implementing programs to achieve plan objectives
Monitoring progress against plan and making adjustments to programs to ensure effectiveness
Implementing system for tracking good faith efforts for recruiting and hiring
Preparing all required regulatory reports (EEO-1, VETS-4212, etc.)
Responding to all OFCCP requests
Coordinating with Finance on HR responses to DCAA audits and submissions
Overseeing I-9 compliance
Ensuring personnel files (electronic and hard copy) are maintained in compliance with records retention policy
Staying current and updating management on the latest developments in the areas of EEO and affirmative action.

This position can be based out of our Chantilly, Virgina office or via a remote office, telework arrangement.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS; 12 years related experience, including experience in developing and/or auditing affirmative action plans and managing EEO/AA compliance programs; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Strong technical background with Federal EEO, Affirmative Action and other Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements.
