**A Day in the Life**
eBusiness Manager focus on tactical, operational activities for a major program with broad or ongoing impact. Levels within the program management career stream typically accomplish program objectives through matrixed employee teams and / or vendors who are not direct reports but for which the incumbent has direct accountability to lead. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing program/team performance, communicating project and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of program team members. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of program team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support EDI solution rollout for EMEA countries
Drive the deployment and adoption of the MDT EDI solutions in EMEA
Vendor management of EDI providers
Active stakeholder management (IT, SAP, CCO)
Increase EDI rate and usage of all atomized business solutions
Communicating and pointing out value proposition of eCommerce business to Medtronic Business Partner
Manage team of eCommerce specialists
**Must Haves**
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and SAP
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
Experience in leading and reviewing the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignment
**Nice to Haves**
Work experience and business insights in the medical devices industry
