**A Day in the Life**

As an eBusiness Analyst you will be:

Support for Customer Care Operations related to e-business and e-commerce activities in EMEA region

Maintenance and setup of e-business objects, like incoming e-orders, outgoing e-invoices, automated notifications, etc.

E-catalogues maintenance data integrity, cleansing and regular updates of product master database

Regular mailbox monitoring and action triggering for e-ordering and e-invoicing processes

Monitoring of web portals for manual order entry

Monitoring GHX dashboards for e-ordering and e-invoicing for any errors

Preparing data for new customer implementations GLNs, relationships ship-to/sold-to/bill-to

Monitoring SAP e-ordering dashboard (ZSM_EORDERS_NEW)

Reporting and analysis of e-business statistics

**Must have:**

Desire to learn new things

Ability to understand complex issues

Readiness for unexpected challenges

Teamspirit mood

Some e-business or e-commerce

Sales reporting, sales analysis and Pricing/tenders/contracts maintenance

Languages: Very good English substantial;

MS Excel high/expertise level; data manipulation and look-up; SAP literate

Self-organized, able to work either as part of the team or independently and deliver expected results without direct supervision

**Nice have:**

Experience with B2B e-business solutions, EDI, e-commerce

Familiarity with GS1 Standards (GTIN, GLN, EAN) and barcodes

Knowledge of product classification systems (UNSPSC, CPV)

Knowledge of SQL queries
