Summary of Duties:

  • The Diversity & Inclusion Leader will be responsible for leading the design and driving the implementation of diversity & inclusion (D&I) initiatives, education, and partnerships that support Honeywell D&I objectives
  • This includes setting the direction and aiding in the ongoing progress of Employee Resource Groups, being a strategic partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and deploy standard methodologies for recruiting that focus on D&I, and driving diverse talent identification, development and retention strategies
  • This role will promote awareness and understanding of D&I for all levels within the organization and instilling diversity and inclusion awareness and practices into the workplace culture
  • This role reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and will engage with the FM&T President and our Labor and Employment Attorney

    Our business has grown over the past few years to over 5,000 employees and we are continuing to grow. The D&I leader, which is a new role for our business, will be critical to our continued growth and success.

    You Must Have:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 10 years' overall experience, to include five years of Human Resources experience and five years of developing and advancing diversity and inclusion strategies and workplace culture change with measurable results for a large corporate environment

      • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
