KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Risk Management Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Supports Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Office Leader in driving the GRC technology vision by developing an innovative Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance Program strategy and use of emerging technologies in alignment with business strategy

+ Drives implementation of GRC Roadmap working with the GRC Architect, Change Board and the Technology execution teams; Ensures there is clarity in the Change Management and Release planning processes

+ Provides updates to and escalates unresolved issues to the GRC Steering Committee

+ Develops relationships with GRC Stakeholder leaders understanding long term strategic vision and process improvement opportunities; Manages GRC demand intake into Digital Nexus

+ Oversight to the execution and delivery of project portfolios for a consistent and enhanced client experience; Proposes GRC best practices in alignment with business, architectural, security, development, operational standards; Partners with Technology teams for governance enforcement ensuring successful execution of strategy

+ Provides input into the GRC process owners annual budget planning process to ensure GRC related investment is aligned to the roadmap; Helps business leverage technology with clear long-term economic benefits, with effective action plans for end user adoption (including customer/user experience) with minimal business risk


Qualifications:


+ Minimum ten years of related work experience in GRC Technology, Risk Management, business process improvement, implementing state-of-the-art technology platforms; minimum three years developing and implementing enterprise governance, risk and compliance strategy and solutions within ServiceNow required; experience driving digital transformation within an organization

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent work experience

+ Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skills

+ Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and execution of technology strategies; hands-on, independent and accountable management style

+ Excellent organizational, analytics, critical thinking and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of various levels

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across functions
