Develop and implement a business strategy (STRAP) for your region to grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, current product portfolio, manufacturing assets and equipment engineering capabilities You will also lead and execute daily commercial operations of your regional business, aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This will be done through collaboration with the Product Line Director and cross-functional teams.
Drive business objective achievement through effective cross-functional and regional relationship building.
Exceed sales, profit, return on investment and working capital objectives by managing product line execution.
Lead a team to define and deliver value for Honeywell and customers through effective prioritization and product management.

- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years' experience of Business Management & Product Marketing experience
