The successful candidate\rwill lead of team of sales people within an assigned portfolio of accounts as\rwell as a geographic territory to build relationships with our customers,\ridentify issues and develop leads into opportunities, drive solution\rdevelopment and close business. The position is crafted to complement the new\requipment sales teams to ensure our customers have a positive experience\rthroughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Visits
Coordinate Customer Management
Team Management
Review Customer Reports
Team with our marketing team on go to market strategy within the healthcare industry
Recruit, train and retain the sales team
Align the sales team to customer accounts
Engage with business partners to jointly pursue new opportunities
Lead the sales team to exceed their individual quotas
Develop strong customer and key partner relationships in the healthcare industry
Deliver a monthly forecast to achieve the Annual Operating Plan
Analyze and report competitive intelligence and mark

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling into the healthcare industry
