Sustainable Building Technologies (SBT), a newly minted business within Honeywell, has an exciting opportunity for a global Director of Sales, B2C. This Sales Leader will report to the global VP/GM for this business that is focused on one of the biggest challenges of our time: helping customers reach their net-zero goals. Sustainability is at our core as we look to improve customers€™ carbon impact, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and energy equity and resiliency. You will focus on leading your indirect and matrixed sales organization to achieve and exceed both order and revenue targets.
You will bring both existing and new products to the marketplace, often contributing to the customer-focused solutions by truly engaging the voice of the customer. You will drive new and existing customer sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging SBT solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop, deploy, track, and execute sales to meet/exceed global forecasts, outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) primarily focusing on both new and existing channel customers in the Sustainability pipeline
€¢ Own the Voice of Sales, by getting real-time feedback from the sales teams. Ensure the voice of the sales teams is heard.
€¢ Share roadmaps with sales teams to ensure regional teams are accountable for incremental and long-term targets.
€¢ Be constructively critical of our market solutions, thoughtfully recommending/implementing improvements focused on maximizing our go-to-market strategy and overall value proposition
€¢ Partner closely with marketing, technology, P&E, and Channel Partner teams in a €œone team€ approach to success
€¢ Ensure strong internal partnership, practices, and connectivity between the channel organization and SBT
€¢ Present regular updates to senior-level leadership
€¢ Be willing to travel as necessary throughout the assigned territories, including globally when needed
€¢ Mentor and manage teams in various regions, ensuring sales teams have the necessary tools to effectively consult and sell to customers

YOU MUST HAVE:
€¢ Bachelor's Degree
€¢ 2+ years of Software as Service (SaaS), Building Controls business industry experience in the commercial and institutional buildings markets
€¢ 5+ years of experience in managing people
€¢ 10+ years of Sales experience selling to channel and/or Customers.

€¢ Experience successfully leading a geographically dispersed sales team
€¢ Proven ability to work and sell across various diverse markets.
€¢ Understanding of P&L and ability to build a business case for sales growth investments
€¢ Experience successfully developing and executing strategies for sales growth
€¢ Expertise in building data-driven sales strategies across multiple geographies/industries and uses common sense approach to execution
