Summary:  

Under the direction of the VP of NSC call centers, this leadership position will act as a business and operations liaison between the NSC organization, key business units and business partners.  Responsible for design, implementation, and execution of call center and agent tools along with process that supports the sales and administrative functions of the NSC. Overall responsibility for Continuous Improvement, Compliance, Onboarding, Communication, New Technologies, Strategic Partnerships, IT Support and Engagement within the NSC.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the operational point person to the VP of NSC Call centers of the National Sales Center by ensuring business practices are in line with strategic objectives. Lead, Advocate and drive initiatives on behalf of the NSC

Develop standardized operating processes and procedures to support new and existing LOBs to ensure successful rollout to NSC and field operations.

Build and lead solid working relationships with Marketing, Sales, IT, Compliance and Legal departments and ADT business partners to ensure business and customer experience objectives are met.

Lead the process to identify and implement solutions to existing NSC operational processes and procedures. 

Manage compliance programs within the NSC, including SOX and Do Not Call lists.

Maintain a close working relationship with IT Support to establish best practices in the design of operational processes to support the NSC and ADT. 

Facilitate and develop processes and policies that will improve efficiency and reduce costs.Special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP of NSC call centers.
