This role as the Data, Analytics & AI Platform Product Management, will be responsible for product management across the U.S. Bank unified data, analytics and AI platform. The leader in this role will be managing the platform tools and technologies used for data, analytics & machine learning / AI at U.S. Bank. This stack is being built on using modern cloud based technologies. The AI / ML and analytics is a rapidly evolving space, with a spectrum of tasks from reporting, to predictive analytics, to machine learning and reasoning systems. The pace of development of tools and frameworks in this space has never been faster and most of this development occurs in the open source. Give this rapid change & evolution, the position will require a strong familiarity and continued growing experience with a large number of technologies and tools within the data, analytics and AI/ML space. This role will be responsible for creating and leading a small team of dedicated product managers responsible for all aspects of platform functionality, user experience, and strategic product direction. On a day to day basis, the role will involve working with various business teams to shape how data, AI/ML and advanced analytics can impact our product & user experiences. Additionally, the role will involve working with teams throughout U.S. Bank leveraging data, analytics & AI to better understand their needs from the platform/tools/infrastructure basis. This leader will be responsible for translating those needs into a clear product vision & roadmap for evolution of our unified data, analytics & AI platform, and how AI can influence product experiences and business efficiencies. Lastly, this role will work closely on a sprint by sprint basis with multiple platform engineering teams to ensure key features and capabilities are built in priority of need and designed to properly meet the needs of users of U.S. Bank Digital Services, and the users of the data, analytics & AI platform. **Qualifications:** Technical bachelors degree such as computer science or engineering, science or mathematics required, Masters degree desired (Exceptional candidates with strong educational background & equivalent technical knowledge acquired in non academic settings may be required. 8-15 years minimum work experience 2-5 years minimum product management or experience in a technology development setting Experience with data technologies such as databases, data pipelines, data warehouses, Spark, Flink, Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Druid, data virtualization, GraphQL, BigQuery on Google Cloud, Redshift on AWS, Teradata, Exadata and/or others Experience with BI technologies such as Qlik, Cognos, Tableau, Superset, MicroStrategy, Alteryx and/or others Experience with Machine learning technologies such as Jupyter, Python, R, Spark and the overall data science and machine learning lifecycle Experience in data science, analytics & machine learning platform or tool product development highly desired Experience with cloud based software product development highly desired (AWS, GCP) **Job:** Information Technology **Primary Location:** CA-CA-San Francisco **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190035495 **Other Locations:** CA-CA-Cupertino U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
