Key Responsibilities:

The Director of\rCustomer Marketing (North America) is responsible for leading, managing and\rdirecting the entire product marketing related activities within the Sensing\r& IoT business. This is a regional role, highly focused growing business\rresults with large, global OEM customers primarily serving the aerospace,\rindustrial, medical, and transportation sectors as well as driving growth\rwithin the distribution channel. The ideal candidate will have proven\rexperience working with customers in these areas, including the business\rpractices, lifecycle management, and regulatory/industry compliance practices\rsuch as global export compliance and managing complex multi-year contractual\rengagements. Experience in working effectively in a multi-channel selling\renvironment is critical. As part of the extended leadership team, this role is\ralso responsible for positioning the Sensing and IoT business to meet its\rlong-term business goals and objectives. At Honeywell, product management is\raccountable for the product line strategy, profitability and growth. The\rsuccessful candidate will work closely with sales and Global product marketing\rteams to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the\rorganization€™s product portfolio today and in the future. Bottom line, they own\rthe product plans, strategy and profitability for their region.

You will be\raccountable for developing a regional strategy, achieving financial goals and\rdriving customer intimacy with top strategic and key accounts.

You will work\rclosely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth,\rdevelopment and return on investment of the organization€™s product portfolio.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor€™s degree in a Technical Discipline
5 years of leading or managing teams (Product\r Management and or Sales) experience 
5 years of Product Marketing experience

Extensive years of experience in product, customer or strategic marketing
Experience with Product Launch, Commercialization

Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
Crisp and persuasive communication skills
Critical & multi-level thinking (from strategic to tactical)
Experience with Product Market Analysis
Master€™s or MBA is preferred
