OVERVIEW:















The Director of CRM Adoption & Planning has overall
accountability for driving solutions on Oracle Sales Cloud/ Tackton CPQ that
support sales enablement objectives and lead to more effective sales automation
capabilities for Siemens Healthineers. This position will own the advocacy,
demand planning, business readiness and change management tactics and
strategies to drive maximum adoption and productive use of our CRM.









The individual with advocate the needs of sales and support
organization in sales systems development with a particuliar focus on Oracle
Sales Cloud/ Tackton CPQ (Shareville) to support business goals and objectives. Act as
the organizational champion and change ambassador of Shareville by
communicating key wins, successes to enable sales success through Shareville
and ensuring proper change management programs are in place to drive adoption.
Conduct deep-dive assessments of sales processes, document assessed processes
and drive improvements through the development and refinement of Shareville
functionality, reports & dashboards Identify and execute better CRM
practices that facilitate improvements in sales effectiveness across Siemens
Healthineers collaborative partnerships across the organization include Sales
leadership, Business Management, Marketing, and other support teams to ensure
successful implementation of programs















KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:









Lead CRM Planning









+ Build and maintain mid-term roadmap and ongoingdemand planning for Shareville focused on sales and support needs andrequirements

+ Advocate sales needs for continuous developmentof user experience that enables sales productivity and communicate continuousupdates on Shareville roadmap progress and releases

+ Drive Adoption of Shareville

+ Drive CRM usage and measure with appropriatebenchmarks and targets that measure sales experience with salesforce

+ Drive adoption programs based on usageanalytics, focus groups and other user feedback

+ Measure user sentiment via surveying, focusgroups and ridealongs

+ Strengthen communication to sales on progress,wins and successes





















Business Readiness & Change Management:









+ Directly accountable for managing businessreadiness and change management for all key development in Shareville thatimpacts sales and related support teams

+ Deploy resources to support communications,training and other change management programs for large projects and regularreleases throughout the year

+ Facilitate successful UAT planning and executionin co-partnership with business systems team ensuring that there is clear UATplan which includes quality test scripts, sufficient feedback loop, the rightbusiness testers and clear entry and exit criteria



















Champion Usability and Best Practices:









+ Direct accountability for provision ofrequirements to business systems for improvement/strengthening of CRM Usabilityto improve sales workflow

+ Guide business analysts to support betterresearch and design practices leveraging internal and external analytics

















KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:









+ Bachelors/University level degree or equivalentin related business/management information systems, computer science, marketingor operations field required

+ MBA or equivalent Masters degree an advantage

+ Minimum 7 years of work experience in businesssystems, sales or business operations and planning, CRM administration orrelated discipline

+ Preference 5 years of experience in CRM / salessystem development and management

+ Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a leadershipcapacity and supervising team members

+ Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud/ Tacton CPQ orsimilar CRM system is required. Experience in supporting CRM system to a largebusiness (1000+ users) is a plus.

+ Experience with leveraging technology topositively impact business performance is desired

+ Deep knowledge of sales domain regardingcustomers, products, systems and end-to-end processes

+ Experience with big data, SQL and/or SASprogramming









Skills & Attributes:









+ Demonstrated experience in business analysistechniques such as gathering requirements, conducting interview, modeling usecases, and creating use cases

+ Proven ability to analyze and understand complexbusiness processes and data architectures, a plus

+ Highly motivated with the ability to meetscheduled deadlines in fast-paced service-driven environment.

+ Excellent communication skills. Ability tocommunicate and present effectively to varied audiences across theorganization.

+ Ability to build strong relationships andinfluence colleagues at all levels of the organization

+ Ability to lead presentations & meetingseffectively, keeping on track and facilitating relevant discussion

+ Excellent organizational and time managementskills.

+ Technical: Must be adept in use of Office 365,particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint; must have deep CRM knowledge andexperience, preferably Oracle Sales Cloud/ Trackton CPQ.
