KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Inspections to join our Risk Management organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Achieve and maintain an objective and impartial execution of the Quality Performance Review Program, that is an integral component of the Firm's Monitoring element of the System of Quality Control and meets the Quality Control Standards

+ Professionally develop experience in audit quality and act as a dedicated QP reviewer or PCAOB Inspection liaison for multiple reviews and seasons to position yourself as a strong audit quality resource

+ Work on 'Off-season' projections which may include post QPR season assessments; participation in US pre-issuance reviews; development of scheduling, training and related planning activities for the following year QPR program; and work on ISQM-1 activities

+ Relocation to New York is not required; however, certain travel both domestic and international will be required as necessary (subject to Firm Travel Restrictions)


Qualifications:


+ Minimum of seven years of audit experience or experience with audit regulator

+ Licensed CPA or international equivalent with plan to achieve US accreditation

+ Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese required (Spanish preferred)
