**Job Description**

The Director of HR Business Partnering is the strategic HR thought partner to the President of MinuteClinic and the executive team, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CVSHealth.

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring our people initiatives are executed in accordance with the policies and practices of MinuteClinic, and CVSHealth, while providing excellent internal client support and driving excellence and continuous process improvement.

The incumbent serves as the liaison between both MinuteClinic and CVS Healths Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, HR Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Diversity Teams to ensure organizational HR standards and practices are being met. Additionally, the incumbent acts as the colleague engagement champion and driver of corporate culture initiatives to Minute Clinic.

**Required Qualifications**

1.8 + years of progressive Human Resources experience or CVS Health experience

Proven history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders.

Working knowledge of the how to efficiently manage projects within the Customer Support Center (CSC).

HR Generalist experience is preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization

You have effective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Ability to plan, develop, implement, direct and evaluate the human resources function and performance for Minute Clinic, translating the strategic and business tactical plans into HR strategic and operational plans

Must develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.

Assist in the development of progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide incentives and rewards that encourage high performance and also provide programs that utilize the employee/company partnership for better health outcomes for the employees.

Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling the gaps.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the MinuteClinic.

Establish credibility throughout the organization with all levels of management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the corporation.

Ability to manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department.

Serves as a member of the MinuteClinic Executive Committee.

Ability to lead a team of HRBP professionals and ensure credibility of the Human Resources team by providing timely and expert guidance, support, mentorship by developing a highly successful performing team.


Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
