Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops business cases for solving customer needs, including required investments and success criteria.
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders (e.g., insights, data, finance, marketing, operations) to identify customer needs and develop customer needs within assigned value proposition and articulate business requirements that can be leveraged to generate omni-channel customer solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal team members to develop customer value proposition plans and maps customer journeys that can be executed within the organization.
  • Performs as subject matter expert in assigned customer value proposition area through development lifecycle, ensuring customer needs and views are represented in the build of omni-channel solutions.
  • Implements policies and defines approach to strategy achievement for specified area of responsibility. Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions.
  • Manages budgets, operational plans and performance requirements for the specified are of responsibility. Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
  • Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other t resources within and outside of the organization. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise. Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Interacts with direct reports and/or peers to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs. Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or marketing OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or investment banking
  • At least 5 years of experience of strategic analysis
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Experience collaborating with both internal resources, external resources to develop strategies that meet enterprise goals within budget and established timelines
  • Experience developing and documenting customer business requirements for omni-channel solutions.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
  • Experience ineracting at the executive level and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • At least 2 years of experience planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of direct leadership and/or cross functional team leadership
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare delivery, administration and strategy development.
  • Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Healthcare Administration, Master's in Public Health.
  • Clinical Licensure: RN, BSN, NP PharmD.
  • Other relevant Healthcare experience.
