Director, Head of Marketing Effectiveness and Analytics

**This is a key leadership role within the Insights and Analytics team in the newly formed Global Marketing organization.** **The Director of Marketing Effectiveness and Analytics will play a key role in helping build out the center of excellence discipline to provide expanded marketing analytics services that help the organization better understand ROI and provide better analytic tools to optimize the impact of our marketing investments.** **This role will help lead the transition to a more performance oriented and test/learn marketing culture.**

**Primary responsibilities include:**

**Build out of the marketing analytics discipline including establishing the methodologies, processes and internal and external partnership to measure and optimize marketing ROI.**

**Establish strong partnerships between media sciences, planning, insights and advertising teams to develop and execute the learning roadmap and ensure analytics are effectively embedded in decision making.**

**Lead the marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution analytic programs to create a unified platform to inform marketing planning and optimization.**

**Design and implement a data governance program to create a more efficient process for assembling the full view of marketing data across the full funnel to enable more real-time marketing analytics and to ensure the highest quality data integrity.**

**Lead the cross-channel campaign measurement program to assess impact on brand health and reputation KPIs.**

**Build out the digital landscape and listening program to employ more predictive analytics for better decision making and planning.**

**Collaborate with the partners across the Insights and Analytics team on insights programs to help fuel marketing planning, competitive analyses and best practices deployment globally.**

**Develop presentations and reports for senior management on key marketing analytics.**

**Keep abreast of the latest consumer, industry and competitive trends**


**Minimum 15 years experience with deep experience in marketing analytics and/or data sciences at an agency or advertiser.** **Experience in media planning and digital marketing is preferred.**

**Proven track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment**

**Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required; Masters preferred**

**Effective team player with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously**

**Strong leadership skills and communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact and diplomacy.**
