For, Bausch Health Field Enablement is a key capability required to become a data-driven organization and enable digital transformation. Reporting to the Executive Director, Information Management; Director of Field Enablement will be responsible to lead field technology capabilities for a commercial organization.  This position will be responsible for maturing field enablement technologies to best in class in the industry; to simplify sales reps interactions with technologies and focus on delivering value to end customer. This role will support demand management, prioritization, change management and communication for the field related technologies. The Director will manage relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities. This person must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced \"startup\" type environment.<\/p>

Responsibilities<\/h2>
  • Serves as a business owner and guides the business requirements for CRM (Veeva, SFDC & etc) and field enablement capabilities for 1200+ reps and Payer Account teams. <\/li>
  • Leads the field enablement technology strategy and establish three years capability roadmap for field enablement, align BUs and execute on the roadmap. <\/li>
  • Act as key sponsor and contributor to the implementation and maintenance of Harmonized CRM, Align, Roster & etc. capabilities<\/li>
  • Leads CRM Governance Council of cross-functional director-level meetings to negotiate and gain approval the new capabilities, standardize process and prioritization. Independently develops the agenda, leads to consensus, and publishes results.<\/li>
  • Responsible for the requirements, use case development, solution approach, user acceptance testing (UAT), communication and change management plan for the field enablement projects, changes, issues, and resolution.<\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and communicate key design decisions, changes, and recommendations to various stakeholders<\/li>
  • Partners with Learning and Development on the delivery of Field Force New Hire Training and other required training for sales technologies.<\/li>
  • Ensures increase adaption and utilization of new or existing field capabilities. <\/li>
  • Oversees staff and manage operations for decentralized business segments. <\/li>
  • Develops and maintain strong relationships with critical cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Sample Ops, Field Reporting, Training, Analytics, Compliance, and Legal.<\/li>
  • Communicates effectively with all cross-functional teams regarding the status of all project activities.<\/li>
  • Provides support and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Managed Markets, Brand Teams, Program Management, Legal & Compliance, Segmentation & Targeting, Business Analytics, Master Data Management, Information Governance, Co-Promoters and Business partners on defining business needs/requirements for field force automation initiatives.<\/li>
  • Continually identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive process improvements, to ensure efficiency and significant cost savings.<\/li>
  • Leads small to large projects for the field enablement <\/li>
  • Engages with the industry to learn about best practices to help in building excellence in field enablement technologies <\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications<\/h2>
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  <\/li>
    • 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry<\/li>
    • 5+ years of experience in Field enablement technologies (I.e. Veeva CRM, SFDC, Alignment, Rep Roster)<\/li>
    • Experience implementing CRM across multiple business units for the field, Market Access, and MSL<\/li>
    • Proven, a hands-on, results-oriented manager with demonstrated leadership skills across functional lines and a participatory style of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. <\/li>
    • Demonstrated ability to create and lead high performing teams.<\/li>
    • This candidate will also have demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work in complex, rapidly changing & ambiguous environment. <\/li>
    • Strong interpersonal skills with values of Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility, and Efficiency<\/li>
    • Successful with attention to detail and adaptability to changeEffective communication and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects at the same time<\/li>
    • Ability to communicate and interact at all levels from senior management to staff level<\/li>
    • Ability to translate customer requirements into measurable design goals/input<\/li>
    • Competency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint & Excel. <\/li><\/ul>
