We are looking for a Compensation Director who will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker human resource and compensation services. We support Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and the Sales organizations across the Honeywell enterprise.

Responsibilities

    \r\t
  • Lead compensation initiatives and counsel management and HR regarding various compensation practices and policies.\r\t
  • \tIncrease the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.\r\t
  • \tBuild a workforce that creates a business minded position by using contemporary compensations practices to recruit, develop and retain top talent.\r\t
  • \tDrive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.\r\t
  • \tAnalyze and evaluate new and existing positions when necessary.\r\t
  • \tPartner with Recruiting to provide compensation information.\r\t
  • \tCollaborate with Finance to review and process payouts for annual incentive plans.\r\t
  • \tConduct the annual pay planning process for the corporation, ensuring reflection of Honeywells pay for performance philosophy.\r\t
  • \tPerform analyses and make recommendations on merit budgets, differentiation, and market competitiveness.\r\t
  • \tConduct market analyses, and maintain the Honeywell job architecture and salary treatment standards, based on Honeywell objectives and external market competitiveness.\r\t
  • \tDesign, develop and administer annual incentives plans.\r\t
  • \tKeep apprised of applicable industry legislation and regulations related to local and international HR and compensation to maintain compliance.\r\t
  • \tCreate and maintain strong partnerships across the enterprise including core HR functions and business partners to ensure Honeywell has a comprehensive complete total rewards package to improve talent attraction, retention and motivation.\r\t
  • \tLead broad based projects which may include job architecture revisions, job reclassification efforts, market competitiveness, critical skills inventory, and retention analyses.\r\t
  • \tApply compensation principles, standard methodologies, and appropriate guidelines to collaborate with leadership throughout the enterprise.\r

    YOU MUST HAVE

      \r\t
    • Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance\r\t
    • \t8+ years of experience in compensation\r

      • Software skills required: MS Excel and PowerPoint; PeopleSoft; Global Compensation Planning Tool; Market Reference Points tool\r\t
      • \tDevelopment and execution of HR and compensation strategies and initiatives within a large, multinational corporation\r\t
      • \tSalary, compensation and benefits planning; participation in large-scale HR and/or compensation projects\r\t
      • \tPrior experience must include design and implementation of new employee benefits, job codes and titles structure; market and compensation data projects; standardization of data and compensation processes\r\t
      • \tApproximately 10% domestic/international travel required\r
