The Director of Channel\rMarketing is responsible for defining the strategy, development, execution, and\rmeasurement of global partner marketing programs that accelerate the Honeywell\rVoice growth strategy and drive revenue through partners. Primary\rresponsibilities in this role include leading the creation and execution for\rstrategic marketing initiatives, and helping to recruit, nurture and build the\rright partner ecosystem and marketing support infrastructure to ensure partners\rare able to drive opportunities. The Director will also oversee the effective management of the channel partner program\rbudget.
You will be a team leader acting as an advisory across the partner organization,\rhelping identify opportunities to collaborate on marketing initiatives and best\rpractices. This person will also work to showcase the value of the partner\recosystem by capturing success stories and working across the organization to\rraise the profile of partners. The Director will team closely across Regional Marketing/ Field Marketing and Offering\rManagement to build and execute marketing programs that align with Honeywell\rVoice€™s goals and support the regional and global partner goals.
This position will\ruse the full spectrum of marketing tactics with their channel partners to\rensure achievement of revenue growth. This role requires the ability to serve\ras both a strategist and a hands-on participant, creating innovative marketing\rprograms and executing effective marketing activities with measurable results.\r

  • Develop and deliver a world-class, results-based global partner marketing programs that support Honeywell Voice€™s business goals
  • Define and\rimplement marketing campaigns that reflect Honeywell Voice€™s global partnering\rstrategies
  • Lead the identification\rand creation of assets, tools, and resources to support partners in driving\ractivities and business growth
  • Ensure sufficient\rcontent and supporting material is available to partners to drive improved\rperformance
  • Communicate\rmeaningful results from key marketing programs to key stakeholders/executive\rleadership teams
  • Work in close\rcollaboration with the Partners€™ leadership team to enhance the ability to\rreach prospects and enable relevant, targeted campaigns
  • Design, implement\rand drive effective budget management processes¬†

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in channel marketing
