We are seeking a talented Digital Supply Chain Manager who can help support our future as we grow our business around the world. If you are analytical and able to think big, with a passion for TV and movies come join our highly collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to drive programs and grow professionally alongside your colleagues and own projects.

Key job responsibilities
€¢ Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and operate through obstacles to achieve program objectives
€¢ Create reporting and dashboards for critical metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis
€¢ Work cross functionally with the product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to document and define initiatives and drive them through execution

A day in the life
You will help define and execute the programs to bring new linear channels to Prime Video and provide a best in class experience for the customer in Prime Video through accurate and timely metadata. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

€¢ Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with technical employees


€¢ MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
€¢ Experience working with broadcast television in either cable/satellite/broadcast capacity or as digital distribution via OTT solutions
€¢ Ability to work effectively, navigate change management and ambiguity
€¢ Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain
€¢ Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
€¢ Experience managing, getting things done, and communicating relevant results to senior management
€¢ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services.
