The Digital Strategist Content Designer will be
responsible for liaising with the
marketing teams within Cranial Spine EMEA to design, assemble and
optimize attractive digital content for targeted external stakeholders
(customers and patients), whilst driving synergies with the EMEA Digital/Social
Media Team to leverage the variety of digital channel touchpoints available
(emailing, website, e-commerce, e-detailing, etc.)


At Medtronic, our Cranial Spine Organization is
growing to accommodate an exciting transformation in how we engage with
Healthcare Institutions and the Clinicians and Healthcare Providers therein. We
have a need to intensify the digital experience between Medtronic and health
care professional and patients across the EMEA Region.


We are looking for an experienced marketeer with
experience of web design/digital content creation to team within the Cranial
Spine Marketing group.


**A Day in the Life**


**For this position, we expect you tobe a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technologycan help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and haveexcellent time management skills. As a Digital Strategist ContentDesigner, you should also use your communication skills to collaborateeffectively with various teams. You will work with our EMEA Digital CoE team atregional and local level.**


**The myriad Go to Market channelsavailable to explore offer an exciting opportunity to innovate how we engagewith external stakeholders and professionals across the region. You will beresponsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of variousdigital campaigns, including developing, deploying and measuring demandgeneration campaigns across the Medtronic Cranial Spine businesses EMEA**


**Your main tasks and responsibilities include:**


+ Localizationof European and country digital content;

+ Designcontent layout suitable for digital platforms (website, emailing, e-detailing,PDF, eCommerce);

+ Actas a Marketing Automation Campaign expert and participate into cross groupdiscussions with other experts;

+ Followthe enterprise digital standards, policies and governance, including taggingguidelines in order to allow effective measurement of traffic across thedigital touchpoints;

+ Youare prepared to travel a minimum of 25% to be able to effectively engage withthe multiple stakeholders within the large CS Marketing Team.


**Do you have what ittakes:**


+ BAor BS in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field or equivalentexperience is required;

+ Experienceanalyzing business needs and delivering effective digital campaign in a timelymanner;

+ Experiencein web content management, preferably in B2B and in global or internationaldepartments;

+ Fluencyin English is a must;

+ UXand Visual Design desirable;

+ DigitalMarketing Understanding (SEO, Social Media).
