Resource Management Organization (RMO) is Citis global organization with responsibility for resource management for the enterprise including end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, to competitive bidding and selection, contracting and payment.


RMO Systems team seeks for a dynamic and result oriented manager to be part of the team responsible to drive development and implementation of a scalable enterprise level data warehouse system and analytical / reporting tools. The successful candidate will lead one or more teams to support data management activities including data integration, master data management, data quality for RMO organization.


The Digital Solutions P2P & Reporting Lead is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Manage one or more teams of business analysts supporting large systems or multiple systems consisting of direct and contract employees. Responsible for employee development inclusive of completing and administering performance appraisals, goal setting and time management. Provide mentoring to direct staff and other team members.

+ Maintain appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs. Responsible for team and project resource planning.

+ Provide direction and technical/functional leadership on complex projects from design, development, implementation and production life cycles. Enable and motivate grassroots innovation.

+ Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed

+ Identify new data sources and integrate data from discrete systems to provide comprehensive analytical solution to solve complex business problems.

+ Lead implementation of end-to-end Supplier Lifecycle Management system. Formulate data conversion and migration strategy for multiple legacy systems.

+ Implement Data Quality Standard Operating Model based on Citi Data Management Policy across various RMO systems and manage BAU DQ / IMR processes for scorecard reporting and issue resolution. Establish strong partnership with other Chief Data Office (CDO) teams.

+ Manage emerging technologies assessment, evaluation, proof-of-concepts and pilots to production journey.

+ Ensure essential procedures are established and followed for data warehouse management and other BAU activities; Contributes to defining standards to existing processes and/or new projects.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


**Qualifications:**


+ Minimum of 10 years of system strategy development & 5+ years in managerial role with innovative automation; from strategic planning, initiation, feasibility, identification, POCs, pilots and global deployment including directing program management, and transformation.

+ Experience with vendor management systems (Fieldglass, etc) data management, SaaS platforms and middleware

+ Ability to handle a high volume of demand with flexibility.

+ Experience leading large, global teams and working collaboratively with technology and vendors

+ Ability to present complex system topics to C-level executives, providing valuable insight across a wide variety of innovative digitization opportunities

+ Knowledge of Citi policies and processes as it pertains to finance/supply chain systems

+ Ability to develop strong relationships, negotiate areas of difference and build consensus across the global organization as well as with external suppliers, as appropriate.

+ Knowledge and strong hands on experience in Data Management including Data Integration, ETL, Data Modeling, Data Conformance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics.

+ Knowledge and experience in emerging technologies including Big Data, Machine Learning and Cognitive analytics is a plus.

+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) for planning, execution and reporting of progress, goals and issues.

+ Comprehensive understanding of data management and governance principles. Prior experience in data management function and Citis DQ SOM required.

+ Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.

+ **Skills:**

+ Fluent English, written and oral.

+ Expert level problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break complex subjects into manageable pieces, determine the status quo, business requirements and target a course of action

+ Advanced system change management skills including stakeholder management and communication

+ Expert level consulting skills to include relationship management, customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, building business cases, and facilitation

+ Advanced communication/presentation skills as well as the ability to collect and share constructive feedback

+ Must have advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills

+ Advanced level skills in Citi Lean or Six Sigma


**Education:**


+ Bachelor's degree/University degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience

+ Master's degree preferred
