Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst

**Job Description:**

The CPB Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and delivering projects to enhance the digital platforms and solutions used by our clients, and the bankers that service them.

The role holder will be responsible for embedding digital solutions and driving adoption of them through training, communication and collaboration with the front office as well as promotion of the associated benefits directly with clients.

**Key Objectives Include:**

+ Identify key digital priorities and define a strategic digital change roadmap for the EMEA region.

+ Undertake feasibility analysis, benefits assessment, and business case definition for proposed digital changes.

+ Successfully execute project delivery for large project and small change digital initiatives.

+ Embed changes to operational and front office processes in support or as a result of digital solution implementations.

+ Partner with the Technology teams to deliver projects on time and to a high quality.

+ Partner with the Client Experience and Innovation teams to identify strategic or tactical solutions which have a tangible difference on client experience.

+ Partner effectively with global CPB digital strategy and Citi Global Wealth COO team.

+ Work closely with the front office / banker teams to embed digital solutions and ensure client facing solutions are adopted by the clients.

+ Drive platform adoption through internal and external campaigns. Measure success against established KPIs.

+ Embed strong project and change governance (aligned where applicable to CPB, Global Wealth Management and Citi governance processes) to ensure efficient and timely execution.

+ Remain client focused and work closely with Business and Product Teams to define future digital enhancements.

+ Work closely with the CPB EMEA Data Transformation Lead to ensure data quality/timeliness/accuracy is central to all projects.

+ Support priorities to create a Data Driven Organization to achieve Growth, Innovation and Client Experience Objective

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Drive delivery of CPB EMEA Digital initiatives and projects to support business priorities and enhance client experience.

+ Support strategic thinking on how to build best-in-class Private Bank digital platform

+ Drive client and banker adoption of digital platforms and solutions.

+ Identify enhancements required to improve our digital offering.

+ Undertake feasibility analysis, benefits assessment, and business case definition for proposed digital changes.

+ Document client journeys and business requirements to support the technology development process.

+ Drive the digital agenda and encourage a digital culture across the Private Bank.

**Person Specification**

**Experience and skillset:**

Experience and skillsets within the following major areas are expected of the CPB Digital Lead:

**Digital Project Management & Analysis:**

Running Business / digital driven change management projects and a deep understanding project planning, resource management, business analysis and delivery against business objectives. Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and required testing for systems integration projects. Insight into key performance metrics to measure both delivery progress and business benefit realization (e.g. data quality, client experience). Ability to lead projects using agile and waterfall methodologies whilst partnering with various technology business and control function partners.

**Data as a Strategic Asset**

Understanding the importance of building a Data Driven Organization and how it is tied to business strategy and improved client experience.


Continual interaction is required with peers and senior leadership in the CPB business, COO and O&T teams.

**Financial Services and Digital Knowledge:**

Previous experience in banking, preferably in Private Banking / Wealth Management client facing digital platforms.


The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:

+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred and managerial experience

**Professional work experience, with a significant component of this within financial services**

+ Experience working on digital programs is required

+ Program/project management certifications is a plus

+ Technology or In-Business project management experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of Banking / Wealth Management products

+ Senior stakeholder management experience required


+ Experience working in a global, dynamic environment

+ Excellent Interpersonal + Communication skills

+ Excellent leadership and motivational skills

+ Negotiation and Influencing skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Superior Planning & Organization skills

+ Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills and must be team player
