Digital Product Manager

The Alternate Revenue Services team drives digital engagement of Citis cards customers and leads the drive for a mobile first strategy and progression on the push and pull industrialization strategy via digital platforms and products such as Citi PayAll and Digital Insurance solutions, with the goal of developing and delivering best in class digital value propositions for our customers.

This role will be focused on ensuring the delivering of best-in-class customer experience across the products offered by the team. The individual will require to propose and implement new digital initiatives, work with the various external and internal stakeholders to provide support throughout the lifecycle of the digital projects. In addition, this role will also needs to focus on the adherence to the highest standards of both external and internal risk and controls.

+ Work with PMs and external agencies to help ensure customer facing (including marketing) collateral is accurate and up to date

+ Work with PMs and Finance team to track, analyze and report on marketing budget and budget usage from various sources

+ Work with Technology and Operations team to prevent, detect and address product functionality issues, including tracking INCs

+ Work with CitiPhone team to address customer queries and ensure the best customer experience

+ Work with Telesales and Leads management teams to optimize Telesales channels in delivering products to well-defined targeted segments of customers

+ Work with PMs, AML and Operations team to perform the requisite screening of agreements and merchants

+ Work with the various teams and stakeholders to ensure thorough coverage of risk and controls, as well as to devise Campaigns, Offers and Fulfilments, including developing, adapting Campaign Request Forms (CRFs) and performing UAT to support and refine the process

**Knowledge/Experience/Technical** **skills:**

+ 3-5 years in Banking, Finance, Tech, with strong experience in banking/financial products, including mobile products, applications, campaigns and/or marketing.

+ Team player; ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams to successfully deliver customer-centric objectives. Track record of delivering strong results that drive business success.

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

+ Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries.

+ Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness.

+ Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management.

+ Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities.

+ Proficient in tools including tableau, adobe analytics, MS Office software, etc. **Personal Skills:**

+ Passionate and curious about mobile technology/banking/financial products.

+ Strong analytical and communications skills.

+ University degree
