It€™s an exciting time to be a part of the Digital Procurement team as it is leading the digital transformation of Honeywell Procurement by driving data, process, technology and people changes that will impact $16B of spend across all businesses and regions. The Digital Procurement €“ Technology Director will be responsible for owning and executing the technology roadmap associated with this transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technology and procurement expertise to serve as the interlock between the procurement, ISC, and IT organizations. They will coordinate with process, people, and data owners to drive effective digital transformation throughout the organization and must be passionate about change.   • Source to Pay Technology Leadership
    • Strategy development and execution for a multi-year transformation of procurement
    • Stakeholder requirements and prioritization (demand management) €“ Enhancements and Issue coordination and approval
    • Portfolio & Application roadmaps (definition and execution) €“ AOP and STRAP planning and execution
    • Business Case Development
    • Innovation pipeline (functional ideation)
    • Benefit planning and realization €“ Executing MOS to track and report on benefits across the Source to Pay space
    • Ensure business processes are standardized sufficiently to be translated into effective solutions
    • Program and project management across multiple technology deliverables
    • Digital Transformation reporting for executive sponsors and leaders
    • Leading a team of Procurement Transformation Professionals globally; provide coaching and development, regular performance feedback, and counsel team members in career development and team goal attainment
    • Support global analytics and reporting deployments
    • Effective change management for all technology-related change initiatives
    • Work closely with the procurement, IT, and functional leadership to deploy Compass globally covering various aspects for Indirect and Direct Procurement, Supply Base Management and Supplier collaboration
    • Align with data and analytics leaders to develop predictive and prescriptive analytical capabilities and integrating them into the Source to Pay process
    • Supplier management and oversight for solutioning, build and deploy activities on multiple concurrent projects.
    • Developing and deploying solutions across the Enterprise; ensuring 'best in class' processes are implemented; supporting implementation teams in their solution validation efforts; ensuring common processes are defined and deployed; working closely with the PMO to ensure the solution is deployed on time, budget, quality; tracking and validating benefits
    • Ensuring a common implementation and configuration of solutions are being deployed by external IT partners/preferred vendors.
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment and to communicate at all levels in the organization
    • Ability to engage in senior executive level relationships and engagements
    • Able to deal with ambiguity, and uncertainty while operating in a multi-cultural, global environment
    • Ability to effectively communicate
    • Willingness to travel as needed, 25%


      • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in a global company
      • 3+ years in a leadership role within Supply Chain or Procurement leadership
      • 3+ years deploying technology solutions

        • Self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team
        • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
        • Demonstrated experience communicating with senior leadership
        • Experience developing and driving standard processes/tools across a diverse environment
