Team Overview
North Americas Innovation Office directly supports the regional President, Market Unit MDs, and other sales leaders to execute our daily go-to-market activities with customers. These activities include Industry Advisory, Executive Advisory, Solution Advisory / Pre-sales, and Value Advisory  teams across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
With the broader Customer Innovation Office (CInO), we have established a centralized transformation team to translate our GTM vision and strategy into a reality. This team is responsible for a range of strategic and operational functions, including:
-Customer engagement model refinement and cross-team coordination (Elevate Program and Supply Chain of Success)
-People and change management (incl. talent, incentives, culture, communications)
- Digital Maturity (modernizing our operating model to scale across the E2E customer journey with consumable content and scale).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will serve as the Digital Maturity Team Lead. Their primary role will be to design, plan, and coordinate strategic initiatives on behalf of the transformation team. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison with key stakeholders on behalf of the North Americas Chief Innovation Officer for this rapidly evolving topic.  In the new B2B sales environment, digital sales engagement spans the entire customer lifecycle and all critical roles of the extended teams in CInO.

Core responsibilities include:
-Aligning the digital content strategy across CInO teams to support the end-to-end customer lifecycle.  Content is being curated across the teams today but requires harmonization and optimization to be clearly communicated to the North America field for various use cases across LACE (Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand).
-Coordinating skill development and knowledge management activities across CInO in partnership with the Enablement team.
-Working with marketing and Franchise4Success to coordinate CInO content and activities with larger Digital initiatives (e.g., post sales cycle handoff of digital assets to the CEE)
--Working closely with global teams across SAP to understand best practices across segments and ensure CInO is adapting and innovating in all parts of the organization
-Coordinating activities across all sub-teams (as an individual contributor, not a direct-line people manager)
-The candidate will report to the Head of GTM and Transformation.  In addition, he/she will serve as the primary liaison with multiple global/regional teams, including Marketing, Business Operations, Global Industry and Customer Advisory, Customer First, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The candidate will be a creative thinker who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in digital selling, creating world class customer experiences, GTM strategy, relationship management, and operational excellence. This person will also need to be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel. This professional must possess strong written/oral communications skills, an ownership mentality, and a customer service orientation (as a representative of the Innovation Office).
Key qualifications include:
-BA/BS degree required
-10+ years of professional experience with a market-leading enterprise technology vendor
-Leadership role within a sales or marketing organization responsible for generating thought leadership, driving demand generation, revenue, and/or supporting strategic GTM initiatives
-Proven ability to drive execution in a complex matrixed organization
-Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
-Ability to orchestrate virtual teams and influence others across functions, levels, and geographies
