**Job Description**

As the Director of Digital Marketing for PBM Member Strategy & Engagement you will be responsible for member interactions and improving their engagement across the enterprise to influence and drive behavior, leading to positive health outcomes. Your team will be developing and leading digital adoption and engagement for CVS Caremark Members. You will bring with you a deep understanding of the digital direct marketing strategies, communication channel standard methodologies, PBM/healthcare data driven insights and research, and knowledge of the beneficiary experience.

You will lead a team that is passionate about developing a holistic digital engagement approach for members, during their key PBM life-cycle moments including on-boarding, new diagnosis & corresponding therapy, benefit changes, among others. Additionally you will partner closely with the Enterprise Digital Team who are responsible for the overall digital product strategy, and for building and managing of our digital assets.


- Leading and managing a team focused on driving behavior (change), and improving overall engagement across our assets

- Leading member adoption and use of digital tools, services, and assets; with a targeted, personalized, and nurturing approach

- Supporting digital first / paperless adoption driving enhanced digital value prop, improved CX, while reducing cost of service

- Driving strategy, targeting, execution, and measurement approaches that stem from a member-centric vision

- Acting as the direct liaison with Enterprise Digital; supporting AGILE process

- Driving strategic partnerships supporting digital asset design initiatives

- Collaborating with Enterprise Analytics team to define success and understand and analyze results in a robust teach and learn environment

- Be proficient in understanding new and existing digital products, concepts, and methods, delivered in an agile environment

With this role being of high visibility, your combination of demonstrated B2C strategic marketing proficiency and keen business insight to use analysis for actionable guidance and recommendations around communication and engagement strategy choices will be imperative. You will collaborate with internal & external business leaders and partners to identify ways to improve the overall experience through improved communication performance.

**Required Qualifications**

* 8+ years Digital Marketing experience including ecommerce, direct response, and consumer experience

* Willing and able to travel up to 10%

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous leadership of digital transformation and developing breakthrough integrated marketing including experience integrating digital and traditional media channels

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of the healthcare industry including PBM, Retail and Specialty pharmacy, payer, provider, or experience in a highly regulated industry

* Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners

* Self-motivated, high capacity individual who can function and win in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Creative problem solver who can provide mentorship to the team, as well incorporate new insights into plans and act decisively and independently

* Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization


* Bachelors Degree is required

* Masters Degree is preferred
