**Digital Education Program Manager**

The Digital Education Program Manager leads the strategy and implementation of all digital learning content for the Medtronic Neurovascular Global Training and Education Team. This position is closely aligned with Medical Affairs and all Global Training and Education business strategies. The Digital Education Program Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts to determine skills gaps/learning needs, design training programs and develop high quality e-learning material while partnering with both internal resources and external vendors to manage the content development of digital education. This position will also have responsibility for the development and management of the learning management system and all programs contained on this platform. This position will have responsibility for ensuring that all materials and activities meet all Corporate Compliance Guidelines, AdvaMed Guidelines, and applicable federal regulations. This position reports to the Director of Medical Education.

The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Support and lead the development of a strategy to design and launch a new LMS

+ Develop an ongoing LMS strategy to position Medtronic Neurovascular as the leaders for digital learning in support of medical education

+ Lead project management of all e-learning projects with various internal teams and vendors

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (internal external) to design and support the development of digital learning content and e-learning solutions

+ Identify external resources/vendors that can support the vision for e-learning and manage the ongoing relationship with all external resources/vendors

+ Lead the development of new e-learning courses to capitalize on the LMS platform

+ Lead the adaptation of existing courses for use on the LMS platform

+ Develop training standards and metrics to measure the performance of all e-learning programs

+ Provide training to all internal and external business partners for the LMS

+ Coordinate and continually improve all LMS administrative processes

+ Manage the overall course structure on the LMS, including all course e-learning assets

+ Develop a learning pathway on the LMS for each unique user group

+ Manage course enrollment and learner progress tracking

+ Understand and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures relating to educational programs

+ Identify and work with stakeholders in other departments (e.g. Clinical Operations and Marketing) ensuring that objectives are met

+ Pursue the highest standards of support and service to exceed internal and external customer expectations

+ Travel to educational events, scientific/society meetings as needed

+ Adhere to corporate compliance policy, AdvaMed Guidelines, and applicable federal regulations.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors Degree and 5+ years Program Management, Education/Training, or medical device sales or medical device marketing experience.


**OR**


+ Masters Degree and 3+ years experience Program Management, Education/Training, or medical device sales or medical device marketing experience.


**Nice to Have**


+ Experience/understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical arena and healthcare system requirements

+ Experience as LMS administrator publishing coursework using e-learning standards like AICC, SCORM, xAPI, Cmi5

+ Minimum 2+ years of managing learning management platforms

+ Experience with vendor management

+ Analytical skills and capability to understand, interpret and communicate complex scientific information

+ Proven ability to:

+ Develop effective e-learning content

+ Convert existing content (video, audio, PPT) to effective e-learning content

+ Manage multiple priorities and projects

+ Develop storyboards

+ Maintain editorial calendars including: (project workflow, deadlines, quotes)

+ Work effectively on cross-functional teams
