Medtronic is working to improve how healthcare addresses the needs of more people, in more ways and in more places around the world. The Medical Education Learning and Innovation (MEDLI) EMEA team enables health care providers (HCPs) to access Medtronics continuous medical education offering anytime, anywhere.


The Digital Education Operations manager is responsible for the delivery of digital education content for HCPs via the MEDLI learning portal in a timely and efficient manner.


Liaise with relevant business and education stakeholders. Articulate needs/opportunities

Ensure production of digital education deliverables on time

Hands-on Learning Management System (LMS) administration and 2nd Tier Support

Operationalize digital education production processes

Create (or manage the creation of) operational dashboards (in conjunction with business stakeholders) and reports to track utilization and improvements over time

Support stakeholders on accessing and using core LMS functionality and/or operational reports

Manage an LMS admin team. Set goals, provide support and manage performance


Proven track record in IT systems operations and configuration. University degree and/or relevant experience in the field a must

Experience in running operations. Defining standard operating procedures, ensuring adoption, reviewing efficiency and optimizing operations continuously

Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration (ideally Totara)

Familiar with web Content Management Systems (CMS) technologies for content delivery, Single Sign On (SSO) and other IT concepts


Minimum 3 years experience in systems administration and operations management

Experience in managing a team

Experience in healthcare industry is a strong advantage


Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence

High level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a team and across decentralized, global organization

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills. English is a must

Strong analytical skills. Data and analytics reporting skills are a must

Proactive, agile and flexible. Willing to quickly step in, step up and improve processes where needed

Quick learner. Willing to learn new applications and tools

Customer-centric. Makes the connection between own remit and the greater purpose of the team

Looking to continuously improve people and processes
