**Digital Data & Identity Owner**

The US Personal Banking Analytics division drives data science, modeling work, and the analytics strategy for the Citi US Consumer Bank. Analysts on the team review millions of prospects and billions of customer level transactions using a variety of data tools & techniques to unlock opportunities for our clients and create economic value for the bank.

The Analytics Technology & Innovation team drives development of analytical capabilities that drives critical work across analytics, reporting, and technology in support of business partners across the US Personal Bank. The team identifies business opportunities, extracts relevant insights, converts business questions into data and technology initiatives and designs go-to-market strategies for a variety of business problems.

As VP for Pre-login Identity Data Management & Transformation, we are seeking a talented, proactive problem-solver that can confidently drive Digital Acquisition data strategy and real-time data delivery for onsite personalization, including customer & prospect identity. This role finds innovative solutions to enhance our onsite personalization experience through better identity data to optimize offers and marketing strategy.

**Main responsibilities**

+ Drive strategy and provide thought leadership for digital identity & digital acquisitions data

+ Participate in ideation & transformation sessions to mold the future state of digital acquisitions offers to prospects without using third party cookies

+ Enhance and maintain Citis anonymous ID Graph, used to enhance customer recognition for optimized onsite offer optimization

+ Become an expert on Retail Bank, Credit Cards, Adobe and other Third Party data from various systems to support analytics partners using the data

+ Proactively gain technical expertise and knowledge base through internal and external learning opportunities

+ Research and recommend digital marketing technologies to achieve best-in-class on-site digital marketing capabilities

+ Act as liaison with vendors to prioritize work and data required to support business needs

+ Be a trusted advisor and partner to business stakeholders in Digital & Marketing organizations

+ Maintain controls & identify data collection issues & gaps; recommend fixes

+ Document knowledge and share best practices

**Education & Qualifications**

+ 6-10 years working with digital data, digital identity, or onsite digital marketing

+ Experience in marketing technology implementations with a focus on digital data & identity

+ Experience with digital identity such as LiveRamp, Unified ID 2.0, or comparable; hands-on work with anonymous identity graphs a plus

+ Hadoop experienced preferred; SQL experience preferred

+ Familiarity with Adobe Workspace or Google Analytics or other web log, web analytics and/or digital behavioral data

+ Ability to identify, clearly articulate, and solve complex business problems and present to senior leadership

+ Able to maintain strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, and Analytics organizations

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
