Digital Client Support Specialist - Bulgarian speaker

The Digital Client Support (DCS) team is part of the Client Delivery team that closely cooperates with Citi Service teams, Bankers and Product teams. DCS serves as 1st point of contact for corporate and commercial clients. The role requires fluent Bulgarian and advanced level of English knowledge. Additional Hungarian, Czech, Slovakian or Romanian language skill is an advantage.

The Digital Client Support Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in customer related activities especially training clients the various modules and services of Citi's electronic banking platforms and providing resolutions in coordination with the Customer Service teams. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support via phone and email.


+ Provide training from entry to advanced level of users of Citi's electronic banking platforms

+ Prepare generic and client specific training materials

+ Serve as single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues

+ Answer customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner

+ Maintaining compliance with departmental standards

+ Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs

+ Communicate resolutions to clients

+ Maintain a client portfolio through regular calls and face to face interaction (if circumstances allow)


+ Fluent in Bulgarian and English language

+ Experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential

+ Clear and concise communication skills in writing and speaking

+ Proven investigative and analytical skills

+ Demonstrated ability to support / influence change

+ Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on exceeding client expectations

+ Ability to acquire knowledge in a rapid fashion


+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
