Digital Channels Product Manager

The Digital Channels Product Manager reports to the Head of Core Cash Australia and New Zealand, with main responsibilities covering the day-to-day management of end-to-end product processes, ownership of product P&L, strategy execution, product commercialisation, risk & control, continuous enhancement of product capabilities and customer liaising and training across Australia and New Zealand.


You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Relationship Managers, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Regional / Global product colleagues.


**Key responsibilities include:**


+ Execute on product strategy for our complete suite of Digital Channels across CitiDirect BE, CitiDirect BE Mobile & Tablet, CitiConnect API, CitiConnect for Files, CitiConnect for SWIFT.

+ Communicate Digital Channels strategic roadmap and value proposition clearly with clients, our sales teams and partners on an ongoing basis in Australia and New Zealand.

+ Oversee pricing framework for Digital Channels for Australia and New Zealand and drive annuity fee revenue growth.

+ Develop deep product expertise to support a rapidly changing business environment for Citi and its clients.

+ Product Commercialization

+ Working with Sales and Relationship teams to drive strong client adoption of existing and new capabilities

+ Ensure seamless client onboarding, transaction execution and servicing experience

+ Gather market and client feedback and continue to enhance proposition on an ongoing basis

+ Collaborate with different product groups and functions to define requirements and agree delivery schedules of new capabilities.

+ Report Digital Channels and client information KPIs to country, regional and global stakeholders.

+ Analyze and anticipate future regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand based on developments in other regions as well as roadmap laid out by local regulators in the region.

+ Continue the drive for digitization and process automation, and track progress through cluster DCD Digital Scorecard.

+ Collaborate with all Risk & Control functions and other stakeholders as needed in order to maintain a pristine risk and control environment.


**Skills and experiences required:**


+ 10+ years experience in transaction banking business or in any digital business

+ Experience of leading digital transformation of business preferred

+ Digital mindset

+ Good understanding of Cash Management products

+ Sound knowledge of clearing systems, file formats, integration and banking platforms

+ Up-to-date understanding of competitor offering

+ Execution spirit and entrepreneurial skills; Gets things done

+ Results oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
