*Job Description:*

This position is responsible to develop new acquisition partners and conduct digital acquisition especially for GCP products. The candidate will also be responsible for improving the new acquired CMs behaviors and delivering against aggressive goals. In order to achieve the goal, result oriented, analytical & logical thinking and customer oriented mind are critical.

*Primary responsibilities include:*



Partner Development and Implementation

Look for and negotiate with new partners and launch scalable and cost-efficient acquisition activities across digital channels, including SEM/SEO, Affiliates, Online Partners, Media Buying, Mobile/Smart Phone, SNS, and so on
Develop new partnership which accelerate new card acquisition at digital channel mainly for GCP products

Acquisition Management

Deliver on the acquisition strategy and related product and communication tactics/campaigns
Proactively manage and optimize budget allocation towards key success metrics like new accounts and billed business acquired
Effectively manage external partners to develop both effective creative and campaign plans
Ensure compliance with key legal and regulatory requirements

Customer Experience
Establish a best-in-class customer experience
Work closely with key internal stakeholders (PLD, Brand/Communication, IM, Risk, New Accounts, Legal/Compliance, Finance, GSN, etc.) to deliver the attractive acquisition campaigns

Microsoft Office

Partner negotiation experience; 5 years work experience

Digital marketing experience; 2 years work experience specifically website, search, and affiliate preferred

Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior and interactive technologies

Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair

Strong negotiation skills

Logical thinking skills

Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts

Results oriented and good project management

Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines

Self motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English
