Do you want to contribute to Amazon sustainability journey? Come and join the Delivery Experience team to invent the next delivery program levering all Amazon€™s sustainability investments. We are looking for a Product leader in our Delivery Experience team to develop new delivery programs bringing Amazon€™s sustainability investments to the fingertips of our customers throughout their shopping journey.

The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic, highly motivated, and customer-obsessed, with strong UX, technical and business judgement, a knack for operating in ambiguous problem spaces and a demonstrated ability to influence across teams. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for developing new delivery programs helping customers to enjoy Amazon latest sustainability investments. You will work with relevant tech teams to create new features and services that are the most relevant to customers. You will own the product roadmap for a sustainable delivery experience, driving implementation of associated projects and initiatives across the organization.
This role requires strong attention to detail, solid, check out work ethic and drive, the ability to work independently and with primary stakeholders to solve complex large-scale issues, the skill to manage both with and without authority, the ability to design solutions to various problems, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers€™ expectations in terms of sustainable delivery experience, as well as of the corresponding competitive landscape
- Collaborate with other sustainability leaders across Amazon to create a coherent sustainability experience taking into account on-going efforts in different parts of the organization
- Generate innovative product ideas to address customers€™ expectations and competitive gaps, develop corresponding proposals, and defines relevant functional, legal, compliance, and business requirements
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize development of new features / improvements in collaboration with relevant tech teams
- Develop metrics to monitor performance of relevant products (e.g., adoption experience, repeated usage)


- Demonstrated experience in international and cross-functional environments, with significant time spent in Product Management roles
- Proven track record in launching tech products / features at scale across multiple geographies
- Exceptional analytical skills with great attention to detail, supported by basic financial knowledge to dive deep in P&L data, and curiosity to review technical requirements in details
- Very strong communication skills (verbal and written English) to write narratives, define requirements, convey project status to senior leadership, and contribute to strategic plans
- Intense customer focus
- Hands-on attitude, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines


- Prior experience in Supply Chain and / or Retail industry
- Exposure to sustainability-related corporate initiatives
- Proficiency in other European languages or Japanese
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with willingness to develop them further
