System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.

  • Must be able to work with onsite and remote client management
  • Handle escalations
  • Manage ticket backlogs with local and remote teams
  • Use available resources for highest productivity
  • Lead team to meet all Service Level Objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolve client dis sats for team
  • Provide support for Windows 10 devices, including data backup & migration, use remote take over tools to solve problems remotely
  • Use ticketing system to obtain work, prefer Service Now ( SNOW)
  • Resolve customer hardware/software workstation problem tickets over the phone
  • Working knowledge of Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops
  • Working in a team environment, using all resources effectively and assisting others when asked or when you have cycles

  • At least 3 years experience in deskside support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
