Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, the Deputy Director will be responsible for building and executing an effective investor communications strategy, perform financial analysis, and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts. **Responsibilities** + Serve as akey advisor to the executive leadership team to build and execute aneffective investor communications strategy that underscores long-termgrowth and our business strategy to deliver on the companys long-termvision. + Developrelationships with industry analysts and investors to communicate companystrategy to position the business for long term growth. + Serves asthe voice of our shareholders on internal decisions, by collecting,monitoring and presenting feedback to the company of investorsperceptions and opinions, security analysts positions and summaries,relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis. + Analyzeour business and our competitors to understand how investors and analystswill think about our business today and in the future, and to anticipateinvestor questions and concerns. + Monitorindustry developments and competitive market trends, develop executivesummaries for senior leadership and the Board of Directors on peer companynews, and performance. + Partnerwith finance, corporate communications and other internal stakeholders toensure that all company, external and internal communications, areintegrated and consistent - reflecting aligned business strategynarrative. + Lead ateam of investor relations analysts to support the Investor Relationscommunication strategy for the company. Perform performance anddevelopment conversations with staff to meet engagement and retention oftalent in the department. + Managethird party risk management requirements for the department. **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree with concentration in business or equivalent work experience - 10 years relevant experience in financial services and/or investment banking, sell-side research, buy-side institutional investing, or corporate finance. - 3 years people management experience. Preferred Skills/Experience - MBA/CFA preferred - Experience interacting with the investment community - Demonstrated expertise in investor relations field - Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills - Established relationships with relevant sell side and buy side analysts a plus. **Job:** Accounting / Finance **Primary Location:** Minnesota-MN-Minneapolis **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190038231 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
