We are currently seeking experienced Delivery Project Executive for our CPS Practice (Cognitive Process Services)
We wish to add talent to help drive our market growth and shape new solutions which deliver end-to-end transformation for our clients. We advise clients on strategy and implementation of innovative and complex transformational solutions that enable our clients to become efficient and able to provide value added partnering support to their businesses.

CPS includes everything from Finance, HR, procurement & increasingly industrial specific solutions. This mission of this service line is to work with our clients in reengineering there current processes, bringing a lot of technology and infusion into them and actually providing them on an operations basis over multiple year periods.

We require an extraordinary team leader, an astute business person, who exhibits exceptional business insight, with executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgment.

Our engagements can be characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial, and human resources issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of the program and / or our clients. The programs are normally large and complex situations that are often global in scope and negotiations are conducted at the highest levels. This role provides an opportunity to work with world class clients and world class IBM products and services and provides a good balance between selling opportunities and delivery.

As a Delivery Project Executive, you are expected to ensure that the services provided to individual customers, either internal or external meet the terms and conditions of contracts, achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. They also ensure that projects for which they are responsible, meet financial, time and customer satisfaction objectives.

The DPE may be responsible for any number of clients depending on the effort solutioned for each client. They are required to be able to guide and have discussions with the teams on the different aspects of Business process and related technology and platforms, and be aware of the technology enhancements.

The DPE will become the central point of contact for the client relating to service delivery issues. They will co-ordinate and manage through to successful closure any delivery issues. During the normal course of their job, they will need to recognize business opportunities that could grow the revenue and gross profit of the account, ensuring they are brought to the notice of the appropriate channels.

You can demonstrate equally balanced skills in the following key areas:
  • Client relationship management;
  • Consultative selling;
  • Financial / business management;
  • Portfolio / program management;
  • Team / people management.

Responsibilities for complex delivery include:
  • analyzing Business Process & IT Challenges;
  • applying Strategic Innovative Thinking for Insights;
  • managing Complex Business Outsourcing Contracts;

Key duties include:
  • Responsible for the achievement of SLA objectives and compliance with Contract terms and conditions relating to Strategic Outsourcing.
  • Complies with all aspects of Service Delivery Management process.
  • Supports Strategic Outsourcing with a view to improving the performance against contracts and contributes to achieving service level and productivity commitments.
  • Responsible for the provision of ad-hoc education (seminars, workshops etc.) on new or changed customer contracts and requirements, processes and procedures, and including education for customer personnel.
  • Responsible for the achievement of SLA objectives and compliance with Contract terms and conditions relating to Strategic Outsourcing.
  • Complies with all aspects of Service Delivery Management process.
  • Supports Strategic Outsourcing with a view to improving the performance against contracts and contributes to achieving service level and productivity commitments.
  • Responsible for the provision of ad-hoc education (seminars, workshops etc) on new or changed customer contracts and requirements, processes and procedures, and including education for customer personnel.




  • Financial Services OR Manufacturing OR Industrial OR Public Industry experience;
  • Strong Program management skills;
  • At least 6 years experience driving large projects to successful completion from both delivery and financial perspectives;
  • A proven track record of interacting with senior personnel at the client site.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Finance Business processes;
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated oversight of:
  • Project revenue of $6-8M;
  • Team: 100+ (on & offshore);




  • At least 10 years experience driving large projects to successful completion from both delivery and financial perspectives;
  • ERP exposure;
  • Expertise in Finance Business Processes.
  • Prefer candidates that possess a knowledge of IBM's internal structure and processes.
