**Data Center Solutions Principal**


Help Dell Technologies customize solutions for customers with a role on our Solutions Principal team. On this team, youll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical support and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans.


The Data Center Solution Principal is a creative pre-sales professional with a passion for technology evangelism and architecting custom, outcome-based solutions for our customers. Our customer base includes some of the largest aerospace, financial, healthcare, high technology, communications, insurance and manufacturing businesses in the world. **You will:**


+ Work with the sales organizations to articulate our unique perspective on go-to-market service solutions and credentialing our delivery capabilities using success stories to meet customer needs.

+ Scope objectives based on customer requirements.

+ Bring together varied resources and collaborated team such as Dell Technologies Delivery Leads, Solutioning Team and Subject Matter Experts to develop Statements of Work consistent with the terms approved during reviews.

+ Support Sales Teams during customers engagement related to services scope and legal negotiations of Statements of Work.

**Essential Requirements**


+ 15 to 18 years of related experience at a senior-level consultative skillset providing counsel across sales/presales and delivery with expert understanding of IT product and services portfolio.

+ 5 to 8 years of relevant experience supporting sales of any one of these technologies:


+ Application Transformation, specifically portfolio optimization or modern applications development processes.

+ IT/Digital Transformation, specifically multi-cloud infrastructure, data center modernization and migration, business resiliency and cyber recovery.

+ Understanding of emerging technologies, trends and solutions (Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Public or Private Clouds, X-as-a-Service, Virtualization, Containers, etc.).


+ Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication skills to develop and deliver white board presentations.
