As\ra security Architect with Honeywell Intelligrated, this is your opportunity to:

  • Exercise you strong decision-making skills in terms of selecting and implementing scale-able Warehouse Management Solutions and Warehouse Execution Solution
  • Work with Big Data experts and other solution architects to integrate\r various solution within a cloud and on-premise real-time system
  • Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
  • Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through solution metrics and data integration
  • Working as a member of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new updates
  • Mentoring people whether they are on your team
  • Work with the team to lead effort to support GCP and Azure

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safeguards information\r system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security\r problems
    • Protects system by defining\r access privileges, control structures, and resources
    • Recognizes problems by\r identifying abnormalities; reporting violations
    • Implements security\r improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends;\r anticipating requirements
    • Determines security\r violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
    • Upgrades system by\r implementing and maintaining security controls
    • Keeps users informed by\r preparing performance reports; communicating system status
    • Maintains quality service by\r following organization standards
    • Maintains technical\r knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
    • Contributes to team effort\r by accomplishing related results as needed

      YOU MUST HAVE
      • Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master€™s degree in a related field is an added plus with an emphasis in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
        4+ years of prior relevant experience
      • Up to date understanding of\r the source code programming languages, such as C#, C++, Java, Perl, and\r Python
      • Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
      • Advanced certifications such\r as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP and/or SIEM-specific training and\r certification
        Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2\r baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) at start date
      • Advanced understanding of\r TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system\r administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.
      • Hands-on experience\r analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts\r in support of incident investigations
      • Experience with\r vulnerability scanning solutions
      • Familiarity with the DOD\r Information Assurance Vulnerability Management program.
      • Proficiency with any of the\r following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based\r Forensics, Network Forensics, and RSA Security
      • In-depth knowledge of\r architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM\r platform (e.g. AppDynamics, Elastic Search, Splunk)
      • Experience developing and\r deploying signatures (e.g. YARA, Snort, Suricata, HIPS)
      • Understanding of mobile\r technology and OS (Android, Linux, Windows), VMware technology, and Unix\r and basic Unix commands
