Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.


As an Accenture Security professional within Cyber Defense, a Solution Architect will develop and deliver innovative technical solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities Recommends and assists in the selection, evaluation and implementation of new technologies, architect data protection solutions, and architect security solutions. Develops, documents and implements standards, guidelines, direction and education on security processesprocedures. Assigned to the most highly visible, sensitive and critical issues, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of variable factors. A Cyber Defense Solution Architect SA is an expertlead role requiring extensive technical skill and proficiency in internalexternal relationship management. A SA works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. They are expected to be the primary mentor for others on the staff and is a role model for the rest of the team. The SA effectively communicates with all levels of technical and nontechnical personnel to both internal and external clients. Has the ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge of as well as a strong understanding of interface points between departments. Participates as a senior member of the team in strategic planning and direction.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client facing role
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering business intelligence or technical solutions for clients
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing security solutions
Minimum overall experience 10 years
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills:
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a teamoriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
Proven ability to teach, foster, train, and develop people
Desire to work in a fastpaced technical environment
Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to translate nontechnical security requirements into technical requirements that drive innovation for clients
Experienced in Cyber Security Architecture, Principles, Programs, Operations, and Cloud Security.
Experienced in Network and Endpoint Security Proficient in Machine Learning and Analytics
Proficient in one or more scripting languages Python, R, Shell, JavaScriptIndustry recognized certification in security e.g., CISSP, CCSK,CISA, CISM, CEH, etc.
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with various cloud service providers AWS, Azure, GCP.
