What You'll Do

Customer Experience (CX) Cross-Domain Architecture team is seeking a skilled, experienced Business Product Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with other cross-functional CX teams to develop our strategy and roadmap for 'as a Service' offers led by CX. You will engage with geographically dispersed business partners & stakeholders to capture requirements, perform market analysis, and own our overall portfolio strategy. Additionally, you will be asked to understand the business in-depth and translate them into functional requirements for capabilities.

Who You'll Work With

CX Product Management team plays a pivotal role in to collecting requirements for processes, capabilities and platforms that enable CX capabilities for customer, partner and employee interactions. You will join an innovative team to capture high impacting, customer focused business and functional requirements for product capabilities and tools. The team prides itself on delivering innovative capabilities for our internal and external customers in an agile environment.

The team is geographically dispersed requiring us to work reciprocally and be adaptable to changing needs. We take pride and ownership of our products. We work hard but have a lot of fun doing it.

Who You Are

  • A skilled product manager with 5+ years of experience in delivery of technical or financial products & constructs.
  • Experience with building & delivering "as a Service" products is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
  • You are driven to provide the best customer experience. Having experience with Cisco products is a plus. You are familiar with software development methodologies that are agile or iterative.
  • You are strong communicator able to lead sophisticated discussions to ensure all business requirements are captured and understood.
  • You will work with cross-functionally for how we package and price our offers in alignment with the broader Cisco & CX strategy. This requires the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements/capabilities, and into a strategy which can be executed & realized.
  • You demonstrate data driven decision making by using quantitative metrics and Key Performance Indicators and use them effectively to build a case for the strategy and business outcome.
  • You are a good leader, excel in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Experience in effectively presenting to senior executives. Most significantly you are ambitious and are a self starter
