What Youll Do

As our CX Curriculum Manager, you will provide oversight to a team of Subject Matter Experts to ensure training and learning needs are addressed in accordance with policy and strategy. Your responsibilities also include:

  • Lead the design of training programs, including Instructor Led Training, ELearning, and self-study courses, directed at Cisco Customers, Partners and employees, who use the Cisco's products or services
  • Advise content developers and optimizes training programs develop skills, knowledge and abilities and assessing the job performance and skill proficiency of learners.
  • May accelerate training during introduction of the new curriculum.

Our minimum qualifications are:

  • 8+ years experience with Content Development, Curriculum Planning, and Program Management.
  • Experience and shown ability to work with teams across international time zones and complex cross-functional groups
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and goal-oriented skills are necessary
  • Positive relationship skills and relationship management
  • Moderate travel required

Desired Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in a technology or business field required, MS preferred
  • 5+ years experience in service or workforce development solutions selling (preferably Cisco)
  • Learning@Cisco Business Domain Knowledge
  • PMP, DMAIC or similar Project/Program Management skills and experience
