Cisco Lisbon Customer Experience (CX) Center delivers the best-in-class technical, network management, and optimization services throughout EMEAR. We have growing teams for specialized groups in Consulting Services, Technical Consulting Services and Customer Success Specialists. Our engineers support customers in different technologies from Networking, Security, Data Center, Service Provider, among others.

What Youll Do:

  • The Consulting Engineer delivers projects for large customers across EMEAR that includes design, implementation, execution and optimization of the network infrastructure. Collaborates with a number of best-in-class experts across the globe bringing agility, innovation and automation to the delivery. Works with cutting-edge technologies and becomes a trusted advisor in digital transformation of our customers.
  • The Technical Consulting Engineer (TAC Engineer) drives problem resolution for issues faced in customer environments. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves incidents related to Cisco products, services or solutions. TAC Engineers have access to cutting-edge technologies, work with specialists from all over the world in solving the most sophisticated networking issues.
  • The Customer Success Specialist delivers workshops and webinars to a diverse set of customers that qualify, tailoring deliverables and driving business outcomes within scope and on-time engagement. Contributes to the customer community digital spaces and asset development of Success Tracks. Contributes to product and offer improvement by providing lifecycle feedback to CX Product Management and CX Success Programs Teams and inspire customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions and track long term business outcomes.

Who You Are:

You are a technical expert across at least one specialization, and you have hands on technical expertise. You ideally have industry recognized certifications and passion for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork. You collaborate as a willing team member and learn from others.

Customer Centric: You love customer interactions and understand customer needs and align architectural and vertical expertise to multi-functional teams

Technical Guide: You are able to explain technical concepts, give clients guidance and vision about the solution. You have a thorough understanding of the technical fundamentals of aligned technology/specialization areas, including features and use cases.

Suggested Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCDP/ CCIE, Cisco Certified Success Specialist, CISM, DevNet

Business Aware - You can connect technology solutions to business outcomes

Effective Communicator: You articulate the technical features into business impact, you can easily talk about technology to non-technical people. You are also an active listener.
