**Customer Solutions Specialist Point of Care**



This
is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful market leader and make

seeking passionate, customer focused individuals who are committed to
delivering solutions to our customers. We are looking for dynamic
individuals with strong communication skills, an ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously, and a passion for sales excellence.



This
role is ideal for candidates who enjoy driving customer satisfaction through
consultative selling, are achievement-oriented and will think outside-the-box
to exceed annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and
internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and
works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing
environment.



**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**



1. **Provide operational support to current Point of Care Customersbased on assigned accounts to increase retention rate**



2. Activelyengage with identified customers to monitor customer satisfaction, be the voiceof Siemens Healthineers

3. Investigates and pre-qualifies customercontacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact

4. Advocateinternally working with key partners to address customer concerns/satisfactionissues



1. **Identify growth opportunities within current Customer install basethrough incremental sales opportunities**



2. Analyses end customers' needs and may supporttheir decision making process.

3. Communicatessales activity and works closely with assigned Field representatives includingaccount managers, technical teams and Zone Directors



4. **Develop andutilize presentations skills to successfully position Siemens product over thephone**

5. **Trackactivities within existing CRM systems to track call activity & enhancecommunication**



6. May actas back-office support for general sales



**Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience:**



Excels
at building rapport and working cross-functionally, multi-tasking, organization
and time management



+ BachelorsDegree or equivalent

+ At least 2 years of experience in full cyclesales (i.e. Account Manager, Inside Sales, Business Development)

+ Skilled inproblem solving

+ strongorganizational and time management skills, ability to adapt

+ Demonstratedability to be proactive and take initiative in business situation

+ Solid salespresentation and communication skills both verbal and written

+ Strongrelationship management skills

+ Ability tomanage conflicts and escalated issues

+ Ability tomultitask

+ Strongattention to detail and follow-up skills

+ Experienced inMicrosoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Excellentcommunication skills _(written, verbal andpresentation)_

+ Knowledgeand/or experience with CRM systems preferred
