Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large manufacturer. CSR will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, sales representatives, Sales Managers and other company personnel.

What you will be doing:

\t
• Must know and follow all departmental, and company policies and procedures\t
• Performs all duties of a Customer Service Representative which include but are not limited to answering phones, processing Semi-Finished and company Rx phone, fax and web site orders\t
• Issues return authorizations, appropriate credits, requests product pick-ups, and tracks deliveries\t
• Efficiently utilizes all order entry, order inquiry, order tracking, customer master maintenance and customer note file maintenance programs in AS400 and MAX Lab Software programs for Semi-Finished and company Rx orders\t
• Professionally handles routine customer inquiries, complaints or concerns including troubleshooting and resolving problems, following up with appropriate Company Departments and management personnel\t
• Provides written or verbal order status and other communications to the customer, as needed\t
• Researches and resolves electronic transmission data problems in conjunction\t
• Assists and coordinates with potential customers, Sales Representatives and Accounting the data needed to establish a new account\t
• Creates new customer accounts with all pricing, shipping and ordering requirements and coordinates the shipment of all materials needed by the new account for order placement\t
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required\t
  • Two plus years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in an order taking call center is the ideal job experience\t
  • Proficiency with computer programs; MS Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook etc\t
  • 7500 KPH @ 100% is REQUIRED!

    Individual will need to complete 3 month paid training.

    EmploymentType:Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. - 4:30 p..m.
