Customer Service:- Processing of orders in the system €“ Requires review of order, pricing, discounts granted and all other details relating to compliant order entry, request of approval of the validities to the client and if necessary, release by the Dept. Credit: this will require working closely with both customers and internal teams to clear credit, shipping dates and other customer needs.- Clarification of doubts related to the flow of orders internally: (products in back order, delivery forecast, contact with other areas of the company) - The work involves maintaining an accurate status for all pending orders and clearing all paperwork and approvals to ensure that the order is shipped promptly and in accordance with customer delivery requirement and full maximization of revenue. A report on the 1st of everyone will be generated and will include the status of all orders in backlog with the resulting revenue forecast. This report will be reconciled with Finance on monthly forecast calls.  The position is responsible for full cycle of order processing which includes receipt of order, order acknowledgement to customer, acknowledgement approval, confirmation of payment, EPCI receipt, managing invoice and manifest, securing customer approval, pick up authorization, distribution of pick up details and finalizing the order.- Analyze and plan the local stock to attend key accounts customer demands and backlog order. Will work closely to supervisor/ manager to get all the approvals necessary to start the import process when needed.- Generate weekly report on local revenue and backorder- Directing phone calls and emails to responsible areas: the work also involves managing calls made by customers including new one who are interested to place new orders. The details will be documented and forwarded to the right sales channel to handle the new customers / lead.- Control of internal files related to the Customer Service area;- Creation and monitoring of occurrence / complaint records. A monthly report containing details on all customer complaints will be compiled so actions can be taken to improve our customer service.Office Support:- Maintain an inventory of office supplies, receive and process requests for new items and promptly order needed items.
