The Sr. Customer Service\rEngineer (Level Three) for Honeywell Intelligrated interacts\rdirectly with the customer at its place of business to develop and implement\rthe methods and processes best suited to meet the requirements of integrating\rIntelligrated products into the customer€™s operations. The CSE III provides\ron-site commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, PLC program modifications,\rpreventative maintenance programs, training, system audits and implementation\rof various retro-fits to material handling equipment. In addition, the CSE III\ris capable of leading and directing other junior CSE€™s on these practices, site\rsubcontractors and customer resources to implement the full offering of\rIntelligrated products into customer operations.
Responsibilities:
Completes\rthe service and expense reports
Effectively\ruses the Field Service Software package for reporting time, labor, travel, etc.
Communicates\rwith other CSE's / PSE's to discuss solutions to problems
Conducts\rminor Mechanical related repairs to equipment and systems; tracking belts,\rreplacing rollers, direct swap of motor/reducers, assist on sorter rebuilds,\retc.
Conducts\rlow voltage Electrical related repairs to equipment and systems; installing and\rwiring photo-eyes, proxy switches, 24VDC solenoid valves, etc.
Serves\ras a back fill for support on Maintenance Contracts
Capable\rof diagnosing Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic problems
Conducts\rthe following with little or no supervision or technical support:\rplanned/emergency service calls, various rebuilds on equipment, system audits,\rand preventive maintenance contracts
Conducts\rpre-site calls with customers
Researches\rpart numbers from service calls and researches information related to\rservice/manual readings prior to and during service calls
Assists\rTechnical Support and Engineering to resolve field issues/calls
Checks\rretro-fits parts orders and rebuild project parts orders
Consults\rwith customers on system related issues based on system walk-through
Reviews\rservice reports with the customer
Updates\rdashboard incident retrieval
Assists\rin training customer maintenance staff on preventative and mechanical issues
Completes\rwarranty request forms
Conducts\rSystem Commissioning alongside System Engineers
Communicates\rupgrade opportunities and makes recommendations as needed
Assists\rin training other CSEs in the field
Conducts\rrebuilds on field equipment
Capable\rof getting online with Honeywell Intelligrated supported PLC€™s and navigating\rthe program as a diagnostic tool
Conducts\rmajor Mechanical related repairs to equipment and systems; install and lace/\rvulcanize belts, correct mechanical installation errors, install\rmotor/reducers, direct and indirect drive packages, perform sorter rebuilds,\retc.
Conducts\rhigh voltage Electrical related repairs to equipment and systems; installing\rand wiring 3 phase motors, Motor Starters, wiring and programming VFD€™s, etc.
Conducts\rmechanical audits on Honeywell Intelligrated equipment
Prepares\raudit reports based on findings and recommends specific mods and upgrades
Directs\rrebuilds on field equipment
Capable\rof getting online with Honeywell Intelligrated supported PLC۪s and making\rprogram changes to correct issues.
Exhibits\rworking knowledge of proprietary company software, WMS, WCS, Order Manager,\rRobotics, etc.
Works\ras Engineering to solve field issues and submits mark-up drawings and code\rchanges for implementing into project files
Manages\rservices by reviewing project scope, budget and manpower
Assists\rin training customer maintenance staff on controls and PLC related issues
Conducts\rSystem Commissioning on subsystems without System Engineering assistance

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial,\r or Engineering Technology or equivalent in education and years of relevant\r work experience showing a progressive increase in responsibility
  • Advanced skillset in mechanical/electrical/controls\r troubleshooting
  • Advanced skillset in system parts\r applications/knowledge
  • Advanced skillset in Commissioning (functional and\r system testing)
  • Advanced skillset in reviewing as-built\r drawings/generate drawings as necessary
  • Advanced skillsets in MS Office
  • Knowledge of financials and budgets
  • Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and/or\r internationally
