The\rCustomer Service Engineer II at Honeywell Intelligrated interacts\rdirectly with the customer at its place of business to implement the assigned\rField Service for Intelligrated products into the customer€™s operations. The\rCSE II provides on-site troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance and\rimplementation of various retro-fits to material handling equipment. In\raddition to the basic services provided, the CSE II is responsible for\rscheduled and emergency service calls varying from mechanical, electrical, and\rsystem control issues. The CSE II is capable (with limited coaching) of\rcommissioning, providing limited PLC program modifications, implementing\rmaintenance programs, informal training, and system audits.
Responsibilities\rinclude but not limited to:
-\rCompletes service and expense reports
-\rEffectively uses internal tools to report time, labor, travel
-\rCommunicates with other CSEs to discuss solutions to problems
-\rConducts minor Mechanical related repairs to equipment and systems; tracking belts,\rreplacing rollers, direct swap of motor/reducers, assist on sorter rebuilds,\retc.
-\rConducts low voltage Electrical related repairs to equipment and systems;\rinstalling and wiring photo-eyes, proxy switches, 24VDC solenoid valves, etc.
-\rServes as a back fill for support on Maintenance Contracts
-\rCapable of diagnosing Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic problems
-\rConducts the following with little or no supervision or technical support:\rplanned/emergency service calls, various rebuilds on equipment, system audits,\rand preventive maintenance contracts
-\rPrepares needed tools required for the services reviews assignments and\rreviewing drawings etc. for service calls
-\rResearches part numbers from service calls and researches information related\rto service/manual readings prior to and during service calls

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Combination of education/degree and relevant work\r experience in Industrial Technology, Control Systems Technology,\r Electrical Automation Technology
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
