Hours for this position are: 9am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday


  • Answer phones, providing excellent customer service.
  • Refer and transfer callers to the appropriate department(s)/person(s).
  • Maintain efficient call times to ensure hold times are brief.
  • Answer customer invoicing inquiries.
  • Schedule freight pick-ups.
  • Trace freight shipments.



Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Honed communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree 
  • 3+ Years of customer service experience
  • Practiced Microsoft Excel User
  • Experience in the transportation industry
